To ensure that everything runs smoothly and quickly, we charge a standard rate for the size and weight of your item and aim to dispatch within 1 – 2 business days. The courier services we use are certified and trusted companies including the Royal Mail, UPS, TNT and FedEx to name a few and we always use their fastest services where practicably possible.
Our postage costs include the cost of top quality packaging materials and time to ensure your items are sent to you in the safest and quickest possible manner. We do not make a profit on dispatch charges and any excess costs will be returned to you if we find a cheaper courier service.
We deliver worldwide, from small items via airmail to large oversized items in packing crates. For larger items we will discuss your requirements and ensure that your item is sent the fastest and most cost-effective method.
All items dispatched by us include professional packing, full insurance, online tracking and a signature is required on delivery.
